  2. Using Subliminals (affirmations converted into audio) to reprogram the subconscious, overcome nocturnal emissions, and turbo-charge the Law of Attraction
  3. Experience from meditation retreats
  4. Massive booklist covering psychotherapy, spirituality, and general books such as negotiating and advanced social skills

  7. How I overcame and conquered negative entities
  8. Tantric meditation method that actually works with zero side effects

Terminology:
Wet dream/WD – sexual dream causing semen emission while sleeping
Nocturnal Emission/NE – semen emission occurring while sleeping even without dreaming
Semen-retention/SR streak – avoiding porn, masturbation, and ejaculation whether conscious or unconscious
Nofap Hardmode – avoiding porn, masturbation, and conscious ejaculation. Unconscious ejaculation/WD is considered fine.

As the title suggests, my current streak started in the middle of June 2017. Haven’t watched any porn or masturbated in 3 years. Experienced almost all the benefits such as massive attraction (men, women, children), an aura/energy surrounding me, enhanced charisma, less need for sleep, insane levels of energy, drive, and motivation, zero anxiety or fear, massive confidence occasionally bordering on arrogance, increased manifestation/LOA, people admiring/respecting me for no reason, online attraction, less procrastination, better athletic performance, greater creativity/intelligence, the desire to live a purposeful life, greater emphasis on spirituality, and much much more. Could probably write several posts just on the benefits themselves. Only thing that didn’t improve was my skin, which was later fixed using subliminals.
It’s been a long journey, so I’ll start with background information, and later elaborate on how I managed to go from nocturnal emissions every 5 days (avg) to having a perfect SR streak for 3 months.
Used to watch anime which led to hentai (2013), and eventually western/japanese porn. Don’t even bother to search these terms on Google. It’s not worth it. Thankfully, those days are long behind me. As a side-note, I discovered the nofap/semen-retention subreddit in November 2017. Didn’t even know about SR before that.
I was raised a Catholic in a fairly religious family. Always started various streaks, and eventually broke them due to boredom/emotional coping/curiosity about new videos. Thankfully, I got good grades, read books, and was interested in self-development, but all that time spent on porn was a complete waste. Assuming I spent at least 2 hours everyday for 4 years (1460 days), it amounts to 122 complete days or around 4 months in total. It’s pretty sad on reflection, but at least the experience is now absorbed, and I can write this post.
On June 2017, after summer break started and final exams were over, I decided to permanently quit this habit. Downloaded an application called Cold Turkey and completely blocked all websites I used to visit. Now use Leechblock, which is available on most browsers (also use it to block/restrict access to non-NSFW websites which impair productivity like ESPN). Started 30 minutes of daily meditation (mindfulness + metta). Still continue the habits to this day, although the length is increased to 1 hour. Read Mindfulness in Plain English by Bhante Gunaratana and Lovingkindness by Sharon Salzberg for instructions. Have re-read these books multiple times.
Mindfulness will allow you to be self-aware of your mental conditioning, while metta (feeling compassion for yourself, a friend, neutral person, and enemy) can remove thoughts of lust and fundamentally alter your mental programming. Compassion is a very powerful exercise. Read “The Mindful Path to Self-Compassion by Christopher Germer” while you’re at it and learn tonglen. All of these books contain zero fluff, and are invaluable reads.
Started drinking 16 glasses of water (thought it would help skin, but helped in other ways), and doing 100 pushups + 100 sit-ups everyday. Increased it to 200 pushups + 200 sit-ups after 1 month. After 2 months, I made a decent amount of gains (SR helps), and people started asking me workout tips and what gym I go to. Had a Kindle Paperwhite, which is frankly one of my most valued possessions. Still works perfectly fine after 5 years, and costs only $130. Buy one now. Read a lot of books mostly consisting of biographies/spirituality/practical social skills/800+ page novels for around 6 hours per day. Still try to read for at least 15 minutes/1 chapter even when extremely busy. Will post a small booklist at the end of this post.
You can upload books to it for free if you lack money. Visit (gen.lib.rus.ec), download the ebook in epub/mobi format, open it with Calibre (https://calibre-ebook.com/), and send it to Kindle using USB. Knowledge is an investment that produces continuous returns. Warren Buffett spends 80% of his time just reading! and takes action based on that knowledge.
Even managed to have the motivation to learn Japanese by joining a foreign language exchange website. People, especially women, accepted and sent a lot of invitations to have a conversation; didn’t realize online attraction was due to SR back then. None of us showed our faces, so my physical appearance had nothing to do with it. From experience, the best way to learn a language was to make a phrase sheet with the most common phrases/questions, such as “okay”, “that’s awesome”, “what is that word in English/Japanese?” Basically a human AI bot. Don’t waste time trying to learn how to write the alphabet, although my primary purpose was to learn how to speak. Google Translate is good enough to understand the pronunciation.
I learned Japanese primarily by watching Terrace House. First watched the episode with subtitles, then re-watched it without, while simultaneously writing all the connectives/conversational phrases. You can try unique methods to remember, but brute-force memorization/review worked the best. Never tried Anki since it was cumbersome to use.
For the accent, the best way is to watch Japanese people trying to speak English, and try to mirror their accent as much as possible. It honestly helps. After 3 months, I could have a full 1 hour conversation in Japanese with a native speaker without looking at any notes. I wasn’t “fluent” (still stuttered and made mistakes), but it was a huge amount of progress for starting from scratch. Eventually after 6 months, I gave up practicing/speaking the language. I was mainly trying to fulfill a childhood fantasy, and I’m glad I tried since I learned a lot from it and got to talk with interesting people. But in reality, I stopped watching anime, and honestly never needed to speak Japanese in real-life. Now I barely remember any of the words, except a few basic phrases. Could probably last 30 seconds of full conversation at best.
So, everything was going great until December 2017. During this time period, I probably had wet dreams/nocturnal emissions every 1 – 2 months. Barely felt much difference since there was a decent time interval between emissions. Drank 2 glasses of water everyday before bed, slept on my stomach, and ate spicy food (practices that cause nocturnal emissions), but was perfectly fine. However in December I started having emissions every 2 weeks. Initially didn’t care about it. In January it started happening every 1 week. Nothing really changed in my life during this time to cause emissions to increase. Then it started happening every 5 days, every 3 days, sometimes even 2 days in a row!
Most of you will have no idea how terrible it feels to be on top of the world, and then suddenly crash down. The difference between living life with/without SR benefits is night and day. Even after sleeping 10 hours, I used to feel completely exhausted. People ignored me, or worse started “joking” around me. Complete disrespect by friends, family, and acquaintances. No energy/motivation to do anything. Constant brain fog, could barely concentrate. Felt even worse than my porn days when I ejaculated everyday. Voice completely shot, started feeling anxious about oral presentations for no reason, when I always excelled. Felt like my soul was dying. Those were really dark times. People started saying I “changed”, and started pointing out and constantly magnifying my flaws. It’s strange how people exaggerate our skills/talents on SR, while they completely ignore them post WD/ejaculation, and focus only on your flaws/mistakes. It makes you lose trust in everyone around you, as if all of them are energy vampires who only like you due to SR.
I grew desperate. During this whole time I meditated, practiced no lust/no arousal as best as possible since July 2017, yet emissions increased massively in frequency. Some occurred due to sexual dreams, but most were nocturnal emissions. Thought I had a UTI at first, and went to a general practitioner. He didn’t seem very reliable, so I went to a prominent urologist. Did all sorts of tests, paid a good amount of money, and the doctor said everything was fine. Having nocturnal emissions every 5 days was perfectly normal at my age. Encouraged me to masturbate regularly if it became an inconvenience :)
So medical science obviously failed. Started following all the tips/methods in this subreddit, and believe me I tried almost everything no matter how uncomfortable or time-consuming. Omad, avoid food/water before bed, vegetarianism, tantric meditation, different diets, various sleeping positions, no/increased meditation before bed, no/more exercise, yogic exercises, qigong, some tips mentioned by Soaring Eagle, prayed to God. None of them worked. The only method I didn’t try extensively were kegels. Initially tried a normal + reverse kegel routine, then found an article by coincidence on this subreddit about someone who permanently damaged their penis from doing kegels. Immediately stopped, thank you to that person for sharing your experience. It’s as if the universe was looking out for me. Best to avoid such risky methods even if you’re desperate. Currently sleep on my back since it avoids any "accidental physical stimulation" from occurring.
So this nocturnal emission phenomena continued for over a year. Some methods worked better than others, while for some, I wasn’t sure if it was merely the placebo effect. In mid-2019 I came across subliminal videos (finally the good part!) on YouTube. (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=P0W5AB1sGr0) This video explains it more thoroughly, but basically you convert affirmations (sentences like “I am happy/smart/handsome”) into audio using text-to-speech software and reprogram your subconscious mind. Tried a beauty subliminal (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xEXaAsm-Iys) as a joke, but the next day I noticed changes in my facial structure. Listened for an hour the first day, which was easy given the music. You have no idea how amazing it feels to know that you can control your reality just by using your mind. Completely magical. Supposedly it works due to the Law of Attraction; you can find out more by reading/watching “The Secret” by Rhonda Byrne, and later reading all the books by Neville Goddard. Started using a skin subliminal as well (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iqi8Q80pspk and later moved onto https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=COxz8hvl14Y ), and now my skin is completely normal. Visited prominent US dermatologists, tried all sorts of acne medicine including Accutane, and even did SR, yet none of them worked. Skin was pretty terrible, and I was glad it got fixed. Took around 4 months of daily listening although it can be shortelonger depending on your belief, blockages, and levels of positivity. There’s a CIA document on holographic universes, astral projection, time travel, and psychic powers if you need scientific validation: https://www.cia.gov/library/readingroom/docs/CIA-RDP96-00788R001700210016-5.pdf
Disclaimer: Although there can be bad subliminal makers, they are very rare, and there has been only 2 of them in the history of the community. Someone named MindPower and Rose subliminals. The vast majority (99%) put positive affirmations. It’s best that you verify by checking all the comments, seeing their subscriber count, general personality, etc, but ultimately there’s no guarantee. The only way to make sure the affirmations are 100% positive and safe are to make them yourself or use a subliminal that blocks negative affirmations.
One thing to note is that physical change (biokinesis; search that term)/spiritual subliminals utilize the prana in your body to a certain extent to make changes. It makes sense since physical change is essentially a psychic poweenergy work. So your SR benefits/aura might temporarily decrease. Hydration is also recommended, and you will notice feeling thirsty. Personally drink 20 glasses of water everyday.
Obviously, my interest now turned towards using subliminals to cure nocturnal emissions. Unfortunately there’s a huge lack of subliminals regarding semen-retention or those targeted towards nocturnal emissions. Initially bought a subliminal using a paid request (you pay a subliminal maker for a specialized subliminal), but it didn’t work that well. Desired to be permanently free of nocturnal emissions, or at least reduce the frequency to once a month. So I decided to make my own subliminal. The affirmations will be posted below, and this is how I eventually cured my nocturnal emissions.
Steps on how to make your own subliminal:
  1. Write all the affirmations in a word document and save it.
  2. Download text-to-speech software like Balabolka and output the audio file in wav format (you want both uncompressed + lossless)
  3. Optional but recommended; download an audio editor like Audacity, and fast-forward the audio as much as possible using the “Change Tempo” effect. Personally I speed the audio to one second and then loop it 1000x. Continue the process as much as possible, but never make the audio length less than 1 second. Some subliminal makers make their subliminals even more powerful by creating multiple audio streams of their affirmations using different voices, merging all the voices together, and speeding them up. It’s called layering. Why super-sped affirmations work better can be somewhat explained by this article (https://www.psychologytoday.com/us/blog/sensorium/201812/experiments-suggest-humans-can-directly-observe-the-quantum), but science still doesn’t have all the answers. Will take time.
  4. Converting the affirmations to binary code (https://www.rapidtables.com/convert/numbeascii-to-binary.html) is a technique some subliminal makers use. Supposedly it penetrates the subconscious faster.
Affirmations Link: https://www.reddit.com/pureretention/comments/hg0tjb/practicing_sr_since_july_2017_finally_conquered/ (same content; scroll down to the subliminal section and download the affirmations file from the mega link)
Listened to this personal subliminal for 1 hour everyday for an entire month. Still listen just to be safe. Took months of testing and editing affirmations to make it perfect. Experienced massive sexual dreams on certain days, more than normal, and found out that entities could be responsible. Try to avoid this subreddit as well, since reading the posts can trigger memories. More energetically sensitive now, and sometimes there’s a lot of low-vibrational energy. On a side-note, porn cripples your aura and invites negative entities (https://www.awakeningstaryoga.com/blog/expanding-away-from-porn-aura).
Non-subliminal solutions:
  1. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lMx69hgYq0s (morphic field)
  2. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EWK0D1g069I (powerful aura cleanse; Tibetan bowl sounds)
  3. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7moRsibNyMA (reiki)
Subliminal solutions (ordered in terms of effectiveness):
  1. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8Kt9s5tY1YE
  2. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XvyPscRD1ss
  3. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NTmnrFzR0_Q (for spells, curses, black magic, etc)
  4. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8Kt9s5tY1YE (last resort)
The entire channel is a gem; these were some of the best. Have used them for a few months and feel much lighter and peaceful; experienced only headaches due to subconscious absorbing the affirmations, but zero negative effects.
Advice: Remember to immediately download any subliminal video you find that is useful in wav format (https://www.savethevideo.com/download). Subliminal channels are sometimes deleted by YouTube (spam filter) or the creators themselves.
Waited 3 whole months before deciding to make a Reddit post to make sure the method was 100% foolproof. Remember many people offering solutions in the past, yet 1 month later they would have another wd/nocturnal emission.
The first month there was a lot of fear. Will I have a wet dream/nocturnal emission tonight? Was so traumatized it was difficult getting to sleep every night. After the 2nd month, I experimented with sleeping on my stomach and eating/drinking before bed. Nothing happened. Stopped recently to stay careful.
After 2 years of suffering, this is a method that has worked. Try and see for yourself.
Present day:
How do you feel now? Some days it’s meh (due to flatline) like today; on other days I feel divine. No idea why flatline still occurs. Have regained all the benefits, feel love and happiness all the time. Experience intense states of bliss in meditation more frequently, although it’s just a distraction.
Religiously/Spiritually I’ve moved from Christianity to Buddhism/Advaita Vedanta/parts of New Age. Found them more practical and useful in life. Was inspired to aim for spiritual enlightenment after reading “The 3 pillars of Zen” by Philip Kapleau. Read it, it might change your life.
Have attended a number of meditation retreats now, along with 10-day ones. Everyone reading this post should try it. Understood how much our mental programming defined us, and that we aren’t are thoughts. Our childhood traumas define so much of our habitual reactions. Realized its okay to feel bored rather than chasing after constant stimulation.
Even attended a Jhana retreat, which is exclusive for people who have attended prior retreats. Entered intense states of meditative absorption, understood the permeability/impermanence of reality, and had all sorts of mystical experiences. Experienced past lives; can confirm my mind did not make it up, since it’s an experience you can constantly replicate using the same methods. Before attempting such methods, you need to have the ability to sit down and meditate continuously for at least 3 hours. If you live in the US, attend IMS (Insight Meditation Society) or any prominent Vipassana/Theravada related retreat. Zen is a valid form of enlightenment, but it personally felt unstructured.
Gave up music, took time since I was convinced it was needed for creativity. Instead, it was just a substitute source of dopamine and a way to avoid my emotions. Have much less brain fog after quitting. Only communicate using regular phone calls these days, which no one uses, and Snapchat/WhatsApp for texting. Avoid stories, waste of time. Instagram/TwitteFacebook are a waste of time unless you are using it for business purposes. The only social media you really need is LinkedIn.
Women: You’ll learn more about them by reading romantic novels, Korean mangas, and watching Kdramas then reading all that seduction/red pill stuff. Focus on general charisma (men and women) instead of a specific gender. Read “The Charisma Myth” by Olivia Fox Cabane; it’s the most practical book on social skills I have ever read, and possibly the most life-changing as well. Teaches you self-awareness, applies Buddhist psychology to social interaction. Used to train executives in Google, read it now (and do all the exercises). The bibliography sent me on a rabbit hole that made me read ton of books on psychotherapy, meditation, mindfulness, and Buddhism; this was before SR. Inspired me to practice meditation, although the habit only became regular after SR.
Read books such as Crucial Conversations by Al Switzer, Difficult Conversations by Douglas Stone, How to Talk so Kids will Listen by Adele Faber (works very well in general since even adults have childhood programming, and can act like children), Never Split the Difference by Chris Voss (FBI's chief international hostage and kidnapping negotiator from 2003 to 2007), Getting More by Stuart Diamond (trains negotiators at Google), and Pitch Anything by Oren Klaff (more theoretical but useful). Also read The Definitive Book of Body Language by Allan Pease and What Every Body is Saying by Joe Navarro. These are all books that will greatly improve your human interactions and contain limited fluff. Have re-read all of these books in difficult times, and they have never let me down. You should read it as well. Even if you become a monk, there’s lots of social infighting even in monasteries. Highly-developed social skills are invaluable whenever you are dealing with individuals. Read “How to make friends and influence people” by Dale Carnegie once in a while, since most forget to apply his “basic” advice. Learned a lot about oral presentations by watching Alan Shore on Boston Legal (TV show).
Current position in life? Studying for a bachelor’s degree. My family is financially well-off, and my father is paying for my college tuition and dorm. Scholarships aren’t available for all income levels. Although I come from “privilege”, the above information can help anyone regardless of their financial position. We live in an era where information is accessible to all social classes, so excuses aren’t that relevant. If you’re practicing SR, you are already 20 steps closer to success. The tips above can be applied for free as long as you have a computesmartphone. Read books starting from today, knowledge is a source of power. People spend so much time reading the news, scrolling social media feeds, reacting to comments, chatting about useless things with friends, binging shows on Netflix, browsing YouTube/Reddit, that time quietly passes by. Time is the most valuable commodity you have; don’t waste such a limited resource on things that will contribute nothing towards your purpose in life. Once it’s spent, you can never get it back.
Personally, I schedule the next day before going to bed. Leisure, Reading, Schoolwork, Meditation, everything is mapped out perfectly. Try to eliminate habits that just waste time and stick to your schedule perfectly (working on it myself). If you feel tired after work/studying, take a nap or meditate instead of receiving even more stimulation from videogames, YouTube, or other artificial dopamine sources. Try NoSurf.

Basic Booklist:

Spirituality:
  1. The End of Your World by Adyashanti (fantastic writer; must-read if you have had an awakening experience or believe you are "enlightened")

  7. Manual of Insight by Mahasi Sayadaw
  8. Emptiness: A Practical Guide by Guy Armstrong (good introduction to the Buddhist version of reality)

  10. Seeing that Frees by Rob Burbea (really advanced but profound)
  11. http://awakeningtoreality.blogspot.com/2007/03/thusnesss-six-stages-of-experience.html (Buddhism > Advaita)

  17. Xunzi trans. by Eric Hutton (final evolution of Confucianism)
Novels (use translators mentioned):
http://gen.lib.rus.ec/fiction/? for foreign literature

  1. Musashi by Eiji Yoshikawa (Taiko is decent as well, but this one was a masterpiece)
  2. Romance of the Three Kingdoms trans. Moss Roberts
  3. The Dream of the Red Chamber trans. David Hawkes (read it in the summer of 2017, profound but not all may see the deeper meaning)
  4. The Nine Cloud Dream trans. Heinz Insu Fenkl
  5. Atlas Shrugged by Ayn Rand (Inspirational for Entrepreneurs, however don’t start adopting this book as economic philosophy. It’s just a novel!)
  6. The Alchemist by Paulo Coelho (read now if you are experiencing an existential crisis)
  7. Dostoevsky’s Crime and Punishment + The Brothers Karamazov (optional reading; prefer Pevear translation)
  8. Perry Mason and Sherlock Holmes Series (pleasure reading but not useless)
Psychotherapy (never visited a therapist, but found these useful):
  1. Getting Past Your Past by Francine Shapiro (by the founder of EMDR, best practical book on trauma and exercises to resolve it)
  2. Complex PTSD: From Surviving to Thriving (another immensely practical book on recovering from trauma)
  3. Breaking the Cycle by George Collins (best practical workbook on sexual addiction I have read; all should read)
  4. Get out of your mind and into your life by Steven Hayes (Was mentioned in the charisma myth booklist; take control of your thoughts and mind by the founder of ACT)
  5. Mindful Compassion by Paul Gilbert and Choden (prominent researcher on compassion applied to therapy; part one can be boring, but part two on practical exercises is invaluable)
  6. Feeling Book by David Burns (rightfully a classic book on therapy and CBT; read if you are suffering from depression)
  7. Healing Development Trauma by Laurence Heller (best book on the impact of childhood/development trauma but meant for therapists, might explain why we use addiction to cope from childhood memories; google ACE study as well)
  8. The Boy who was raised as a Dog by Bruce Perry (stories about children experiencing trauma. Increases empathy for yourself and others; you realize how childhood trauma affects how a lot of people think and behave)
  9. Whole Again: Healing Your Heart and Rediscovering Your True Self After Toxic Relationships and Emotional Abuse by Jackson MacKenzie (fantastic book on recovering from relationship abuse. Many of us have emotional baggage that fuels coping and addiction loops. Read Healing from Hidden Abuse by Shannon Thomas as well.)
  10. Self-Compassion by Kristen Neff (optional reading, but complimentary)
For biographies, read those of presidents and important leaders. Also about famous/successful individuals. Read all of Ron Chernow’s books. Abuse the Amazon Search Engine and look through their categories. Reading biographies can fundamentally enhance your worldview so you realize that real-life issues are much more nuanced and gray rather than black and white. Also shows how successful people deal with difficult crises and their perspective on life. Especially for public policy. If a President implements an economic policy that has short-term gains, but long-term loss, he has a greater chance of being re-elected. However, short-term loss in favor of long-term gain is the correct policy. Employ critical-thinking! Avoid cable news even if you need to stay informed. Don’t even have a television in my house. Unnecessary. Just read 2 – 3 reputable news sources for 20 minutes max. Sometimes I even avoid the news since there’s too much negativity.
https://www.reddit.com/kundalini/comments/1unyph/a_tantric_perspective_on_the_use_of_sexual_energy/ (tantric meditation technique that actually works; you are supposed to do it for 1 hour. Optional.)
https://www.reddit.com/kundalini/comments/2zn8ev/grounding_201_two_effective_quick_methods/ (energetic protection + grounding method after doing the tantric meditation)
Avoid learning Mantak Chia’s techniques from a book, since some have suffered side-effects to their energetic/biological body. For NEO, Tibetan buddhists practice meditation for 13 years before attempting it (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Karmamudr%C4%81). Not easy. Not sure about women, since SR streak is more important. Don’t pick a partner to fulfill some kind of emotional void, or due to societal programming where women are held to be the ultimate goal. Spiritual Enlightenment is the ultimate goal now, but even enlightened people need money for food and shelter.
Youtubers I follow are Graham Stephan, Ryan Serhant, Rupert Spira, and https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCUX1V5UNWP1RUkhLewe77ZQ (cured women objectification for me; wholesome content) although mostly I avoid the website. Easy to loose track of time.
Avoid smoking, alcohol, recreational drug use (https://www.elitedaily.com/wellness/drugs-alcohol-aura-damage/1743959), casual sex (https://mywakingpath.wordpress.com/tag/aura/; sensitive images but useful), and fast food. Budget your money, and learn how to save as much as possible.
Hope everyone reading this post experiences their definition of success and leads a purposeful life. Will end it by stating two quotes that have inspired and guided me:
“You yourself have to change first, or nothing will change for you!”
― Hideaki Sorachi
“It is not important to be better than someone else, but to be better than you were yesterday.”
― Jigoro Kano (Founder of Judo)
Update 1, 2, 3: Added a post summary and the audio as well in the affirmations link

Practicing SR since July 2017; finally conquered Nocturnal Emissions for 3 Whole Months using Subliminals

2 accounts got shadowbanned for uploading this post. Spam filter kept on removing it on Semenretention. Messaged the moderators for help, but they didn't care. Takes less than 3 minutes to approve a post from the spam folder. No idea if they read this post.

First time making a Reddit post.

Visit “gen.lib.rus.ec” without quotes, download the ebook in epub/mobi format, open it with Calibre (https://calibre-ebook.com/), and send it to Kindle using USB.
  2. Download text-to-speech software like Balabolka (http://www.cross-plus-a.com/balabolka.htm) and output the audio file in wav format (you want both uncompressed + lossless)
  3. Optional but recommended; download an audio editor like Audacity (https://www.audacityteam.org/), and fast-forward the audio as much as possible using the “Change Tempo” effect.

  1. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=g5-DrYahaSc (morphic field)
  2. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EWK0D1g069I (powerful aura cleanse; Tibetan bowl sounds)
  3. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7moRsibNyMA (reiki)
Subliminal solutions (ordered in terms of effectiveness):
  1. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yLeubTQv65Q
  2. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XvyPscRD1ss
  3. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NTmnrFzR0_Q (for spells, curses, black magic, etc)
  4. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8Kt9s5tY1YE (last resort)

  3. I am That by Sri Nisargadatta Maharaj (essence of Advaita)
  4. In the Buddha's Words by Bhikkhu Bodhi (best introduction to Buddhist scripture)
  5. Why Buddhism is True by Robert Wright (secular perspective but informative; his previous book The Moral Animal is a good introduction to evolutionary psychology. Read this first if you are non-spiritual)

  7. The Visuddhimagga
  8. Manual of Insight by Mahasi Sayadaw
  9. Emptiness: A Practical Guide by Guy Armstrong (good introduction to the Buddhist version of reality)
  10. Books by Loch Kelly (practical guide to non-dual meditation practices within Buddhism; The Little Book of Being by Diana Winston may be a better introduction)
  11. Seeing that Frees by Rob Burbea (really advanced but profound)
  12. http://awakeningtoreality.blogspot.com/2007/03/thusnesss-six-stages-of-experience.html (Buddhism > Advaita; ebooks in sidebar)
  13. Books by Robert Bruce such as Psychic Self-Defence and Energy Work
  14. Psychic Witch by Mat Auryn
  15. Dream Yoga by Andrew Holecek (amazing/practical book on lucid dreaming -> dream yoga)
  16. Autobiography of a Yogi
  17. The Practice of Brahmacharya by Swami Sivananda and Soaring Eagle (https://forum.nofap.com/index.php?threads/6-years-clean-rebooting-as-the-best-remedy.135983/) if you haven’t read already
  18. Xunzi trans. by Eric Hutton (final evolution of Confucianism)
Novels (use translators mentioned):
http://gen.lib.rus.ec/fiction/ for foreign literature

Optional.)
https://www.reddit.com/kundalini/comments/2zn8ev/grounding_201_two_effective_quick_methods/ (grounding method after doing the tantric meditation)
Avoid learning Mantak Chia’s techniques from a book, since some have suffered side-effects to their energetic/biological body. Zero advice for those practicing NEO. Must be hard.
Avoid smoking, alcohol, recreational drug use (https://www.elitedaily.com/wellness/drugs-alcohol-aura-damage/1743959, http://sshc.in/?p=1123 ), casual sex (https://mywakingpath.wordpress.com/tag/aura/; sensitive images but useful), and fast food.

Update 2: Added the audio file as well to the affirmations link since someone requested it
Update 3: https://starseedsunited.com/negative-entities-and-psychic-attacks (basic article on entities)
Some solutions are posted above. Updated* daily routine:

Practicing SR since July 2017; finally conquered Nocturnal Emissions for 3 Whole Months using Subliminals

2 accounts got shadowbanned for uploading this post. Spam filter kept on removing it this post. Messaged the moderators, but received no answer. Removed many links, so check post history for full version.

Estimated Reading Time: 15 minutes
Brief summary of post:
  1. History of Journey
  5. Fundamental shifts that occurred
  6. Experiences with semen-retention benefits
  7. How I overcame and conquered negative entities
  8. Tantric meditation method that actually works with zero side effects
  9. Experience on speaking Japanese for 1 full hour with native speakers without notes after 3 months of learning

  1. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yLeubTQv65Q
  2. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XvyPscRD1ss
  3. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NTmnrFzR0_Q (for spells, curses, black magic, etc)
  4. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8Kt9s5tY1YE (last resort)

Try NoSurf.

Sometimes I even avoid the news since there’s too much negativity.
https://www.reddit.com/kundalini/comments/1unyph/a_tantric_perspective_on_the_use_of_sexual_energy/ (tantric meditation/sexual transmutation technique that actually works; you are supposed to do it for 1 hour. Optional.)
https://www.reddit.com/kundalini/comments/2zn8ev/grounding_201_two_effective_quick_methods/ (energetic protection + grounding method after doing the tantric meditation)

Post Body:

Christians often ask what kind of evidence it would take for us atheists to believe, and the answer of empirical or scientific evidence is met with disparaging responses. We will be told that it's impossible, that God is metaphysical and immaterial and outside of the universe, that he's inaccessible to scientific methods, that we shouldn't expect that kind of evidence, that we wouldn't be convinced anyway, or something else similar. I've often been told that all that is needed has already been given, and that I'm arrogantly demanding that God conform to my standards of evidence, as though they are absurd and unreasonable.
However, I can point to numerous examples from the Bible where God offers people direct empirical evidence of his existence and will. In fact, these examples conform perfectly to scientific standards.
The Scientific Method
First, a brief summary of the scientific method. After a phenomena is observed, one supposes a theory to explain the observation. From the theory, a hypothesis is derived. The hypothesis makes a specific, testable prediction about what should be observed when an experiment is performed. If the prediction fails, then we know that at least some part of the theory is false, and we must go back to the drawing board. A failed prediction conforms to the null hypothesis, that there is no relationship between the theory and the phenomena. The null theory is to not regard the theory initially posited as true. If the prediction succeeds, then we do not know that the theory is true, but it does constitute evidence for the theory. When theories successfully predict novel results of experiments that no one has ever done before, it is considered strong evidence. The riskier the prediction is, i.e. the more unlikely the result is on the null theory, the stronger the evidence. It was on the basis of novel predictions that every currently widely accepted theory rose to prominence in science, from germs to gravity to evolution. Good predictions lead to consensus.
We can use the scientific method to compare a theory of God, theism, against the null theory, or agnostic atheism. The null theory is not to believe that God does not exist, but to not regard God as existing. In other words, a lack of belief in the positive claim does not imply a belief in the negative claim. A theory supposing that God does not exist would need its own support (and strong atheists such as myself would say that is possible to provide, although that is not the topic of this post).
In this post, I will examine how the Bible presents a testable theory of God.
Gideon
The episode of Gideon and the fleece is my all time favorite story in the Bible. From his theory of God, he makes the prediction that God will answer his questions in a consistent manner. If you believe that God wants personal relationships with people, this should probably be contained in your theory of God, too. Gideon thus formulates an experiment, recounted in Judges 6:36-40. On the God hypothesis, the dew should obey Gideon's request. On the null hypothesis, the dew should behave naturalistically. He performs the experiment once and it works, evidence for his theory. Being a true scientist, Gideon repeats the procedure a second time, crucially changing the conditions to prove that the first result was not merely coincidental. The author of this passage has a very clear understanding of what makes for good empirical rigor, and I find it amazing to read things like this in the scriptures.
Having conducted the test twice, if Gideon had an understanding of statistics he would know that his confidence in the result should be precisely 75%, on the naive assumption of equal prior probabilities for the two outcomes. With each subsequent successful trial, the probability that the null hypothesis is true is cut in half, just as when flipping a fair coin, the odds that you'll get the side you predict any number of times in a row halves with each successive flip. Given that his theory of God predicted that God should be able to answer consistently every single time, Gideon can make the risky prediction that the experiment will be successful every single time. The only uncontrolled variable is how many times God is willing to participate in the experiment. Gideon asks for patience in his participation, echoing Abraham's bargains. Although Gideon is satisfied with a 75% confidence, we should note that God expends no effort to participate, and that the binary nature of the experiment causes our confidence to grow exponentially with each trial. After 10 successful trials, we could have a confidence of 99.9%. This proves that God could provide us with certainty, or as arbitrarily close to certainty as you would like to get, on the basis of empirical evidence.
Imagine what the world would be like if God provided everyone, or even just all Christians, with this method of obtaining yes/no answers to questions. Imagine if we could be like Gideon and say, "Dear God, I have this question about what you want me to do, and if the answer is yes, have this coin I'm going to flip land heads, and if it's no, tails. And let me repeat the flip as many times as I need to, possibly switching which answer corresponds to heads or tails at my request." If that procedure worked every single time, it would constitute an amazing proof of God. By its mathematical improbability, it would truly be the perfect miracle. And better than all other miracles, it would be testable and repeatable.
Imagine the implications such a thing would have for the church. For me, one of the biggest pieces of evidence against Christianity is the disunity that has always been present. Some examples of disagreements among early Christians were if Jesus was a created being, if the God of the Old Testament was evil, if Jesus had a human or divine mind, when Jesus was born, when Jesus died, if the resurrection was physical or only spiritual, the nature of the trinity, and which books ought be considered official scripture. In the first few centuries there were dozens of different gospel accounts floating around telling conflicting stories of Jesus, and though four became considered canonical, the choice was only appropriate, as St. Ignatius says, because there were four corners of the Earth and four winds. Even in the epistles at the very start of it all, it is not the Holy Spirit that guides the Christians (who were already in disagreement with each other), but the careful rhetoric of Paul. Although one orthodoxy eventually won out, it was only through human debate. Quickly, however, the Eastern and Western churches grew and split apart. Later, the Protestant Reformation. Today, Christian denominations around the world are more hopelessly fractured than ever. Imagine if Gideon's method were available for the settlement of doctrinal issues. How much bloodshed would have been spared if warring Christian sects could have found unambiguous answers to their disagreements peaceably? How much better would American history be, if Gideon's method had been used to tell Christian slave owners to free their slaves?
Elijah
In 1 Kings 18, God directly steps into human affairs to prove that he is real and that other gods do not exist. Elijah challenges the prophets of Baal to call on their god to ignite a sacrifice. Elijah will do the same. Whether or not the prayer succeeds is a direct test of the respective gods' existence or lack thereof.
On the theory of God, Elijah makes the prediction that if a god exists (is a god), it will light a sacrifice. When this hypothesis is tested in the case of Baal, it fails, supporting the null hypothesis, that we should not regard Baal as existing. When it is applied to Yahweh, it miraculously succeeds, providing strong empirical evidence that Yahweh is real. A good scientist would know that although the experiment has ruled out atheism by phenomenologically proving Yahweh's existence, it has not disproven the existence of Baal. Baal's existence has only failed to be proven, thus far. There are still possible explanations where both Baal exists and he does not light the sacrifice - namely, the case where Baal does not wish to participate or allow himself to be tested. As mentioned before with Gideon, any god's will is an unfortunately uncontrolled variable in these experiments.
However, Elijah disagrees with this analysis and implies that we should take the outcome as evidence that Baal does not exist. The author of 1 Kings does not seem to understand empiricism quite as well as the author of Judges. At the beginning of the story, Elijah asserts, "the god who answers by fire is indeed God." He later jeers to the prophets,
>"Surely he is a god; either he is meditating, or he has wandered away, or he is on a journey, or perhaps he is asleep and must be awakened.”
Surely he is a god; therefore, if he fails, he is surely not a god. In other words, Elijah is asserting that if a god is real, then it will light the fire. We can then take the contrapositive, that if a god does not light the fire, then that god is not real.
So, by Elijah's standard of evidence, the god Baal should participate in this challenge on demand, or else we should conclude that Baal is not a god. If Elijah is consistent with his standard, he would say that if Yahweh didn't light the fire, he would not be a god, either. Fortunately for Elijah, Yahweh does light the fire. Then Elijah tells the Israelites to conduct a mass execution, and they do.
>“Seize the prophets of Baal; do not let one of them escape.” Then they seized them; and Elijah brought them down to the Wadi Kishon, and killed them there.
Should we not today follow the standard of evidence given by the Bible and the example set by Elijah? What would happen if we set up alters for different religions and put them to the same test? I think we all know that nothing would happen if the test is fair and no one cheats. But - what if some God did answer? What if it's Muslims vs. Christians, and the Muslim alter wins? Would the Muslims then be justified in seizing the Christians and killing them? By a Biblical standard, yes they would.
Remember, Elijah implies that a god should be willing to participate in the challenge at our beck and call. Therefore, if I call on Yahweh to light a fire for me, and he does not, would it be right for me to mock Yahweh, and say that either he is not a god or has gone for a walk or is sleeping?
Thomas
The most famous example in this theme is that of Doubting Thomas, John 20:24-29. Thomas declares that his standard of evidence for the resurrection is so high that he must see and touch Jesus himself to believe. A week later, Jesus appears and allows Thomas to touch him. Jesus then says that it is better to believe without seeing.
This passage really speaks for itself. Thomas wants direct evidence and the Lord provides. The condemnation of skepticism in Jesus' teaching has always puzzled me. Why would it ever be better to believe without seeing? Are we to be gullible, believing anyone who reports to us supernatural claims? If evidence without seeing is sufficient for belief, then why did Jesus bother to appear anyway? Why doesn't Jesus appear in this way to everyone on Earth? Wouldn't that be great if he did?
The Power of Prayer
Jesus makes testable claims about what kinds of prayers will be answered: all of them. He even says it six times across three gospels - clearly the authors considered this one of his most important teachings.
Mark 11:23-24
>Truly I tell you, if you say to this mountain, ‘Be taken up and thrown into the sea,’ and if you do not doubt in your heart, but believe that what you say will come to pass, it will be done for you. So I tell you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours.
Matthew 18:19
>Again, truly I tell you, if two of you agree on earth about anything you ask, it will be done for you by my Father in heaven. For where two or three are gathered in my name, I am there among them.
Matthew 21:21-22
>“Truly I tell you, if you have faith and do not doubt, not only will you do what has been done to the fig tree, but even if you say to this mountain, ‘Be lifted up and thrown into the sea,’ it will be done. Whatever you ask for in prayer with faith, you will receive.
John 14:12-14
>Very truly, I tell you, the one who believes in me will also do the works that I do and, in fact, will do greater works than these, because I am going to the Father. I will do whatever you ask in my name, so that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If in my name you ask me for anything, I will do it.
John 15:7
>If you abide in me, and my words abide in you, ask for whatever you wish, and it will be done for you.
John 16:23
>Very truly, I tell you, if you ask anything of the Father in my name, he will give it to you.
Obviously, these verses fail again and again when put to the test.
The most common apologetic here is that they are not intended to apply to all Christians, but in context they are right next to Jesus' most general commandments and instructions to his followers. For this defense to carry, one must provide a consistent method for differentiating which claims do and do not apply and a justification for that method. It’s also quite problematic and suspect if the only part that doesn’t apply to everyone is also the only part that we would expect to actually be verifiable were it the case.
Another answer is that true Christians would only pray for the things God wants them to pray for, citing that God’s words must be in their prayers per John 15:7. The immediate problem with this is that then prayer becomes nothing but a charade, bringing about only what God intended anyway.
The last response is to say that these verses are just hyperbolic, but with the message being repeated again and again in such clear language, it's difficult to consider plausible anything but a plain reading of the text. I should think that when Christians hear Jesus start off by saying "Very truly I tell you," that whatever comes next would be taken pretty seriously. Or else is one to argue that every time Jesus says, “truly I tell you,” he follows it up with something that literally is not true? That doesn’t sound right.
The Power of Christians
Jesus also makes specific, testable claims about what those who follow him will be able to do.
Mark 16:17-18
>“These are the miraculous signs that will accompany believers: They will use the power and authority of my name to force demons out of people. They will speak new languages. They will pick up snakes, and if they drink any deadly poison, it will not hurt them. They will place their hands on the sick and cure them.
There have been several documented cases in recent history of fundamentalist Christians taking Jesus at his word regarding snake bites and tragically dying for it. If one wants to ask how religion is harmful for society, that is a clear example of how following the word of Christ is dangerous. This is the danger of following a bad theory with failed predictions.
A scientific study found that when Christians pray for people, they are less likely to recover. If I were a Christian, I would find this fact extremely concerning.
Last remarks
I am quite aware of all the verses where the Bible says that God should not be tested. However, given that he does on many occasions provide tests, and especially considering that we are given the standard by Elijah that gods should respond to challenges on demand, this is irrelevant to the point. God can and does provide tests according to the Bible, and it's not unreasonable for me to have the same standard of evidence as these Biblical characters. If I were able to observe any of these things or anything similar in a repeatable, verifiable way, then I would consider it scientific proof of God. The fact that the Bible gives numerous examples of people receiving testable evidence and that such occurrences never happen today should be taken as evidence against its truth.

Yes I know that Christians have been in expectation the entire time exactly as Jesus told them to be in expectation, Jesus also told his followers that no one knows the day or hour except God.
As to what historians say and believe about the book of Daniel, yes I know that they say it was written way later and that the style of writing is from a later time. That is the only way they can get around the part of the book that is based on known history from back then. One problem is that the prophecy has all the earmarks of being authentic because of the things it leaves out about what was to come that a forger would have included in the prediction to clear things up for a reader. The other problem is that the prophecy has not ended even now and yet it is predicted a government that would be unthinkable in the past that now exists and leaders who are acting exactly as the kings of the North and the South. This also agrees with the corresponding details in Revelation of the political situation and the United Nations as a king set up over all the nations and given power by those Nations.
The fact is even the source of this understanding of prophecy is from a very questionable source by the worlds standards, Jehovah’s Witnesses. Russia has banned us as Extremists taken our properties and headquarters and arrested our members because of sharing these prophecies that clearly predicted the end of ALL governments at Gods hands. Despite the fact that we are not armed or promote resistance of the governments.
This is no secret we have made up, its in any bible and clear to read with out help. Go to jw.org and search prophecy and see if we don’t know what historians are saying. We know.

I can’t really say why Jesus singled out Paul this way other than to speculate.
My point was that this was a direct contradiction to your claim that god will only appear to people motivated to seek him out.
As to hating homosexuals I don’t think God views that any different than anything else he condemns in the Bible.
Do you think we should kills gays? Is it moral to kill gay people because god commanded it in the bible?
As to prophecies, I suspect I’m much more of an authority on the Bible’s track record than you are
Considering I just proved you wrong about your claim of what the bible says, I'm willing to bet that's the not case
When you research something yourself, including what the skeptics have written on a subject you often find they have a dog in the hunt and are not being objective.
Actually skeptics don't really have a dog in the hunt. I think you have a misunderstanding of what skpetcism is. Matt Dillahunty put best when he defined skepticism as the desire to believe as many true things as possible and as few false things as possible. So if a skeptic discovers convincing evidence demonstrating the truth of the bible then they would celebrate that as it they were able to discard their incorrect view and replace it with a more accurate one. They are motivated to find the truth, but in fact they will do it in the most objective way possible. By not assuming it to be true or false and following the evidence where it leads. The only dog they have is the desire for truth.
So who does have a dog in the fight as you put it? How about somebody who has decided the whole thing is true before ever doing a single ounce of research and has a very strong motivation to find the premise to be true regardless of what the facts or logic suggest.
As to killing babies it easy to see why that was a requirement. The enemy nations had sometimes 100,000 men coming against the Jewish nation,
Well this is actually an innaccurate respresenation of the bible. This is why I'm convinced that you don't understand prophecies as well as you think you do, because you aren't even aware of what the bible actually says most of the time.
Now go and attack the Amalekites and completely destroy all that belongs to them. Do not spare them, but put to death men and women, children and infants, oxen and sheep, camels and donkeys.’” 1 Samuel 15:3.
So clearly in this verse Isreal isn't being attacked as you claim. They are invading another country with the intent to kill everyone. I do feel the need to question why it's necessary to kill everyone. The previous verse mentions Gods as ‘I witnessed what the Amalekites did to the Israelites when they hindered them on their way up from Egypt'
Now this referes to a story from Exodus 17 when the Isrealites were attacked by the Amalekites. They actually won this battle (because Moses had godmode activated) But god was still so pissed about the whole thing he said " “Write this on a scroll as a reminder and recite it to Joshua, because I will utterly blot out the memory of Amalek from under heaven.”
But my point is, the amelkites were already defeated but for some reason god was still salty about them attacking in the first place. So after already winning god told the king of Isreal years later to go out and kill all of them. So they were the aggressor despite already having defeated the Amalekites earlier
On top of that it was always a case that the Jews tried to negotiate peace but the nations thought their pagan Gods would give them the victory,
Again, that's just not an accurate representation of the bible. The jews did not try to negotiate peace. There only two options either someone was invading and winning because god was punishing Isreal, or God told Isreal to go out and attack other nations.
As to slaves they did not buy and sell them like the nations around them and yet they had rules of how to treat them and when to mandatorily release them.
So this is 100% wrong. Have you even read the bible?
The bible very explicitly says that the whole how to treat slaves and releasing them after a certain amount of time, only applies to the Isrealites.
If a countryman among you becomes destitute and sells himself to you, you must not force him into slave labor. 40Let him stay with you as a hired worker or temporary resident; he is to work for you until the Year of Jubilee. 41Then he and his children are to be released, and he may return to his clan and to the property of his fathers. 42Because the Israelites are My servants, whom I brought out of Egypt, they are not to be sold as slaves. 43You are not to rule over them harshly, but you shall fear your God. 44Your male and female slaves shall come from the nations around you; from them you may purchase slaves. 45You may also purchase them from the foreigners residing among you or their clans living among you who are born in your land. These may become your property. 46You may leave them to your sons after you to inherit as property; you can make them slaves for life. But as for your brothers, the Israelites, no man may rule harshly over his brother. (Leviticus 25: 39-46)
So the bible is extremely explicit that the letting the slaves go after 7 years only applied to Isrealites. So with Isrealites, they didn't sell each other as slaves. This was more like indentured servitude, and for the Isrealites they would be let go in the year of Jubilee. The bible is very clear that this was only for Isrealites. It very explicitly gives permission to buy slaves from the nations around them and very explicitly points out that the non Isrealite slaves are slaves for life. That whole thing about letting slaves go is deliberate misinterpretation of the passage because it very clearly talks about only the Israelites getting to go free. This isn't a case where the text is ambiguous and up to interpretation. It's extremely explicit and it says the exact opposite of what you claim it says. And you don't have to take my word for it. Find a bible, look up the passage that I'm citing, you will see that the text very clearly contradicts you.
If a slave disobeyed his employer and that’s what he was in Israel then the master had the right to beat him but not to death
Well let's look at what the bible says:
20If a man strikes his male or female slave with a rod, and the slave dies by his hand, he shall surely be punished. 21However, if the slave gets up after a day or two, the owner shall not be punished, since the slave is his property.
So first of all, there's nothing in here about the slave having to be disobedient for the master to be able to beat them. Secondly, they were allowed to beat the slaves almost to death as long the slave recovered in a day or two. That's just barbaric and cruel no matter what. So basically if you've ever seen 12 years a slave that one whipping scene. That's 100% legal in the bible. Again, I'm honestly not sure you have even read it, because you just come up with these post hoc rationalizations that are found absolutely nowhere in the text and ignoring the actual words in the text. I find it telling that i've been quoting bible verses and you've been quoting your own opinion and I keep having to correct that with the actual text from the bible.
This was put in place to enforce the idea that life was to be protected.
Thank you massah for only beating me almost to death and not to death! I feel very protected right now.
Research the cities of refuge and see how murder was handled at Gods instruction.
Actually this isn't about murder, it's about involuntary manslaughter.
Numbers 35:22-25
But if without enmity someone suddenly pushes another or throws something at them unintentionally 23 or, without seeing them, drops on them a stone heavy enough to kill them, and they die, then since that other person was not an enemy and no harm was intended, 24 the assembly must judge between the accused and the avenger of blood according to these regulations
Because murder is handled putting people to death. period.
16 “‘If anyone strikes someone a fatal blow with an iron object, that person is a murderer; the murderer is to be put to death. 17 Or if anyone is holding a stone and strikes someone a fatal blow with it, that person is a murderer; the murderer is to be put to death. 18 Or if anyone is holding a wooden object and strikes someone a fatal blow with it, that person is a murderer; the murderer is to be put to death. 19 The avenger of blood shall put the murderer to death; when the avenger comes upon the murderer, the avenger shall put the murderer to death. 20 If anyone with malice aforethought shoves another or throws something at them intentionally so that they die 21 or if out of enmity one person hits another with their fist so that the other dies, that person is to be put to death; that person is a murderer. The avenger of blood shall put the murderer to death when they meet. Numbers 35:16-21
Are you seeing a pattern here? Murderers are put to death. Also, if someone flees to a city of refuge, that isn't the end of it. They have a trial and if they are found guilty of murder guess what happens? No go ahead guess. Spoiler alert, they must be put to death
And I'm not even saying that's a bad thing. I'm just pointing out that technically cities of refuge have nothing to with murder.
As to Hell, that is not a bible based belief at all and Jehovah’s Witnesses teach the truth from any bible on Hell.
I'm getting tired of having to inform you about what the bible says so, I'm just going to leave you with this list on biblical teachings of hell.

Or you know, just crack open a bible and read it for yourself. I promise it doesn't say what your church told you it said

This response also is based on popular opinions. First, Saul/ Paul was approached by Jesus and although I can see the outcome in his case I can’t really say why Jesus singled out Paul this way other than to speculate. As to hating homosexuals I don’t think God views that any different than anything else he condemns in the Bible. So I don’t either. As to killing babies it easy to see why that was a requirement. The enemy nations had sometimes 100,000 men coming against the Jewish nation, when the men were wiped out in battle it left women and children in large numbers with no one to take care of them, the Jews were agricultural so no orphanages or large buildings or resources to take on all the extra mouths to feed. On top of that it was always a case that the Jews tried to negotiate peace but the nations thought their pagan Gods would give them the victory, so t was a God against God show down as well.
As to slaves they did not buy and sell them like the nations around them and yet they had rules of how to treat them and when to mandatorily release them. As to Hell, that is not a bible based belief at all and Jehovah’s Witnesses teach the truth from any bible on Hell. Even the word Hell is not an original bible word or idea and is a lie used to control people by the church.

Clearly you know exactly what our critics say about us, and that is from a group that is predominantly people who have rejected Gods Laws and are no longer part of our group for one reason or another
Actually that opinon has nothing to do with critics, it comes from ex johvoahs witnesses and officials currently in the organization.
I realize that's a bold claim, but I wouldn't have made it if I didn't evidence from your own leaders that this was the case. Let me explain what I mean by the sytem is delibritely designed to hide pedophiles.
states "the incidence of this crime among Jehovah's Witnesses is rare
So already we have a lie. What they really mean is reported instances are rare, and this is exactly my point, is that unreported child sex abuse is more common percentage wise with Jehovahs witnesses than any other group.
All the information is easily acessiple with a simple google.
The sad truth is perverts will try and get access any place that children exist and people are to trusting, we are no exception.
That is true, but I can demonstrate for fact that your organization deliberately hides molesters
In 2016 a UK judge upheld a ruling against the Jehovah's Witnesses for failing to protect a victim of child sexual abuse, and the supreme court rejected an attempt by the Watch Tower Society to block a Charity Commission inquiry into how the organization's charity handles allegations of abuse. This was the culmination of two years of legal proceedings in five different courts and tribunals. The commission's attorney said "WTBTS has at every stage relentlessly challenged the legal basis and scope of the Charity Commission's inquiry"
So clearly they didn't want an investigation into their child sex abuse policies which isn't a good sign. This also shows that there have been convictions, not just having pedophiles in your church, but failing to protect children from pedophiles. It's one thing to be trusting. It's another thing entirely to trust a pedophile over a child.
The Watch Tower Society has published several articles on how to protect children from sexual molestation and they do not specifically state that a child or its parents should contact the police in the event of molestation. They also suggest that, in some countries, "the legal system may offer little hope of successful prosecution."
So clearly we can see that going to the police is discourged which also not a good sign.
Jehovah's Witnesses' congregational judicial policies require the testimony of two material witnesses to establish a perpetrator's serious sin in the absence of confession
This to me is one of the biggest problems with the system and part of the reason why I feel confident to claim the system is inteiotnally designed to hide abuse.
Here's a thing about child molestors you might not know. They tend to avoid witnesses. And in a lot of places that still doesn't help them because if the child tells literally anyone, the pedophile is done for. But not in your church. Because what this two witness policy does is essentially accuse the victim of lying. Which is the best way to hide a pedophile. To treat literally anyone who accuses them of pedophelia as a liar right away and then only take it seriously if there's multiple complaints. So basically you wait for two children get molested before you lift a finger to help a victim. You understand why that's descipable? I mean even the Catholic church had the common decency to move pedophiles around which is also descipable, but nowhere near as desicable as not doing a single thing until there's at least two accuastions. This is what I meant when I said there was a lot of undereporting. Because the church striaght up refuses to report it if there's only one accusation. So there's plenty of people who only had one victim but molested constantly and wewre never caught because if the child went to the church they wouldn't do anything because it's only one witness. And again, this isn't propaganda from critics, that two witness policy is a very public policy from your church. It's why you got sued sucessfully for failing to protect children. Because you actually did and literally anyone with a brain can see that. Plus there's also the fact that reporting abuse is only their policy if that is the local laws in the area. But part of the problem is since they have a policy that protects abusers and punishes victims, how confident can you really be that they always report it to the authorities. Espcially when they won't even take any action in their own church without two witnesses.
A Watch Tower Society representative testified that the organization does not consider itself responsible for the "physical protection" of children in the community.
Even your own leaders agree that they don't protect children, although they think thats not their job even though they set themselves up as the main athority to go to in cases like these by actiively discouraging members to go to the police. So not only are they failing to protect children they are partially responsible whether intiontionally or not for hiding the pedophiles and punishing the victims.
Victims of abuse are required to provide details of their abuse to a group of male elders, Abuse victims may be required to face their abuser to make an accusation, as stated on the Society's official website: "If the accused denies the charge, the two elders may arrange for him and the victim to restate their position in each other’s presence, with elders also there."
Are you starting to understand what I mean by protecting the abuser and and punishing the victim? The fact that they force children to relive their abuse, sometimes in front of the person that abused them. A pedohplies power over a child is fear and intimdation and your churches response to this was to make these children feel even more intimated and afraid? I feel like I've used the word despicable a lot when describing these policies, but it seems to be the word that best fits. Like I said, you can't tell me it's all lies from critics, because these are the actual policies according the actual leaders of your church.
The elders are instructed to gauge the abuser's repentance based upon their subsequent visible support of congregation activities, such as attending congregation meetings, and actively supporting the denomination's door-to-door work. The sustained participation in the group's activities has resulted in sexual predators remaining in good standing in the congregation.
Please tell me you undersstand why this is a bad policy right? I feel like I shouldn't have to explain this but heavy participation in church events is not a good indicator of whether or not someone who been convicted of raping children still wants to rape children. That is a terrible way to evaluate that.
And in case yousomehow still think that I'm exxacgerating about how much your church covers for pedophiles just be aware that That there have been multiple verified instances where members of Jehovah's Witnesses have been deterred from reporting child molestation to civil authorities. In Ireland in 2016, two Jehovah's Witness elders were removed from their positions as punishment for reporting a child molester to the police after the London Branch legal department told them not to. I could go for days man. But my main point is that this has nothing to do with your critics and everything to do with the actual policies that have been made public by the church itself. And this is just the stuff that they are public about. The Catholic church got into a bunch of trouble because they were secretely protecting child molestors. You guys have public policies that are clearly designed to protect pedophiles and then have the goddman nerve to claim that you don't condone or hide pedophiles. It's pretty bold to lie that big.
The problem is that in the past the laws of many countries were and are still incomplete as to how to deal with the worlds epidemic of sexual crimes.
You must realize that your church is part of that problem because they actively discourage people from going to the police if it's not required by law.
So it only does your church both condone and hide pedophiles, but it also treats victims like shit. So first they get molested, then are forced to relieve their abuse, then they ...

Do you get much hassle from the the guys who attend? Any funny stories.. At the beginning of each meeting we have a little rant about not outing people outside of club although everybody is free to attend. I think the most awkward people feel is when they come there for their honors project. At our school all honor students must attend a club they normally wouldn't attend and write a paper on it. We, of course, are high on that list.
People talk about our club behind our backs of course but we are getting a lot of acceptance recently through exposure in student publications!
Best story off the top of my head is during a meeting when people were introducing themselves and one guy said "I came here because I like to be dominated by women." then the girl next to him said "I'm here because I like to be dominated by men."
Perhaps they can set up a rota between the pair. Mon,Wed, Fri M>F. Tue,Thurs,Sat F>M. Sunday Icecream day. It can work for some :P I like the ice-cream day! My girlfriend and I are in a power-play thing but generally it's whoever starts the beating first.
Are you a bisexual man or a bisexual woman? I am a bisexual woman although I prefer the term pansexual.
Does no-one just want to dominate any more? Kids these days.. Oh I dominate ;)
You just pan through the available options around you? Pretty much, I pan until I hit gold.
They mean the same thing. One is just esoteric and pretentious. Not quite. In some cases bisexual will infer a gender binary, while pansexual implies a gender spectrum. It's just a more inclusive term.
What do you do with the pan? Spanking? Oh there are many many things one can do with a pan... The most delicious of which is pancakes.
You're a gold panner? Different than a gold digger, although the terms are not exclusive.
"I said REAL maple syrup, worm!" Haha I well remember that one!
2) How frequent are meetings, and how many attend? 2) Meetings are weekly and how many people attend depends on the meeting. It can be from 5-60. The rope bondage is a popular one of course and I'm expecting that due to 5 shades of grey we may see an increase in people this year. 3) I am involved because I am passionate. I discovered kink around 17, and since 18 wanted to be as involved in and try out as many things. I discovered this club completely by accident but was struck by how amazing it was that there was an educational group for Kink/BDSM. I have scars from when a boyfriend of mine did things without thorough research. We do our best to prevent that. People are going to do things anyways. We educate!
4) It can be challenging sometimes for clubs/associations to thrive when the foundemajor booster departs. Is this an issue for your club? 1) Within rules means we have to adhere to school rules such as no 'assault' or anything that can be classified as assault such as hitting, flogging, setting people on fire (WE TRIED TO GET PAST THIS ONE.) For impact we have a karate impact dummy. 4) We have enough people involved and we constantly attract freshmen who stay... so not an issue. Our club has been around a while!
You have so far mentioned a boyfriend and a girlfriend. What gender are you? Edit: Sorry, I have just read your username and have decided that you are probably female. I am a female, correct.
I heard that book is poorly written and doesn't even have real bondage sex in it. I just heard it had spanking in it and thought "i thought that was part of normal sex." It's not a good book and NOT a good example of healthy BDSM... but it makes BDSM more mainstream and attracts interested people.
What are the rules for "healthy" BDSM? 1) Do research. Never just dive in. Know how to tie without cutting off circulation, where to not hit with toys and what kind of wax you use: gotta be low-melting point for wax play.
2) Safety. Always have a back-up play for emergencies. Carry a first-aid kit, have safety sheers for rope, know your partner's limits. If you need to take your partner to the hospital, tell them what happened. Trust me, they've seen worse.
ALWAYS CLEAN YOUR TOYS BEFORE AND AFTER PLAY.
3) Communication is key! Nobody's REALLY psychic. it's important to try and earn as much about your partner's needs, desires, turn-ons, turn-offs, and VERY IMPORTANT: health problems. Do they have a pacemaker that you shouldn't have electricity near? Are they a hemophiliac? Do they have an STI?. Talk over how to prevent bad situations and enhance pleasure!
4) Ask for a YES! And don't be afraid to say no. Just because a person consented to a flogging does not mean they consented to sex. Always ask before proceeding to a new step. Little questions like "does this feel good?" "should I keep doing this?" may sound silly now but can help you greatly enhance your sexual experience.
5) Look out for each other. A sub isn't the only one who can freak out and pull out. A Dom can also have a flashback, or not be able to proceed. Always check in with who you're playing with to make sure you don't get carried away and cause moe damage than you intended.
I hope these help, if you have more questions or want clarification, don't hesitate to ask!
Thanks for this! I always wondered; not into BDSM myself but have a few friends that are and I respect it. Thank you for being so respectful! :)
Are many people in the club because they're looking for a partner, or just to learn, or maybe a little of both? I think various people come for various people, but mostly to learn and for a community of like-minded people.
What would biggest challenges be for the club? (Things like backlash from the school or student body) As for the worst, we had a problem with a demo a while back where a paddle was demonstrated on a consenting girl's arm and some school lawyer freaked out and tried to try the person for assault. This is why we are extra careful now.
Do you have any sort of waivers you have people sign now or do you just use the karate dummy for all impact demos? We just use the karate dummy :) People meet up to do what they want outside of club, off school property with no school affiliation.
How clear is the line between Kink club and orgy? Well it's really just a discussion type meeting. Since we are a university club, nothing like that ever happens. We meet on school grounds after all.
I guess my real question is do you guys every get carried away and just sort of fall into each other during your meetings? Or do you have like moderators to keep that from happening? A lot of people are extra friendly outside of club though :P.
Thank you the curiosity was dominating me. Well I wouldn't want to be a sadist and keep you torturing yourself with the thought.
2) I noticed you mentioned that 50 shades was a horrible book and that you thought it would bring BDSM more mainstream. I couldn't agree more that it is a terrible book (for me, mainly because the writing is horrible), but it sounds like you think it's a positive thing that the book brings BDSM more mainstream. Do you think the image that 50 Shades portrays is the light that should be shone on the BDSM culture? 2) No, not really, but I hope people realize it's a fantasy, albeit an unhealthy one. What I hope is that they get the curiosity to explore and research. :)
Has anyone ever done anything really over the line? Have you ever had to ban anyone from the club? We had one woman once who we were close to asking to never return because she took pictures of people with their permission, but people asked that these images not be put up online. She posted then on her personal page but after many requests took them down.
What's the ratio of men to women? I think we may have more women. The men trend to be older.
I envy you by the way, I can't find any kink club/munches near where I live, and I live in a pretty huge city.... And it's amazing to have this group! I myself have learned so much!
Are all of these older men students? Or do old guys just show up to get kinky with college girls? No most people are students or part of the local kink community. We are all familiar with each other.
My eyebrows raised a significant amount at the phrase "We are all familiar with each other" I apologize, my english isn't always the best. It is after all my second language.
Edit* spelling.
Do you need to check with the college before allowing outsiders into college clubs? Some colleges require that. Nope, since the funds don't directly go to sponsor anything the outsiders do. It's only a discussion club as well with some learning demonstrations that are all completely PG.
Sorry! It wasn't a spelling thing, I just found it amusing - though while we're at it, my question for the AMA is what's the backstory behind the reddit name? Why did you choose to spell it like Koi rather than coy ? Simply a fish that I like a lot :)
Do you have an extremely open campus? My college has a similar club, but because of the nature of our college, any campus visitors must be registered. We have not had problems really, and our club is open to everybody. Then again we don't advertise much. Once in a while we get a few jocks who come in and want to giggle, but at the beginning I kind of go "Welcome to ____, if you are in the wrong room, feel free to stay as we keep an open, welcoming environment." This usually shuts them up and I've had on occasion some return to want to be full members.
It's mostly power doms that are power hungry who end up bugging people. The club leader is some guy who doesn't even go here, and no surprise, the women all go here and are much younger. UGH. That can be frustrating. I think it's always important tot enforce that one has the power to say no. I always emphasize at my group that people shouldn't assume anything about their members or force them to talk about what they are uncomfortable with. Having a club leader that does not understand that the safety of the students comes first can be problematic, as if something happens to the students, they can receive a lot of judgment from school, faculty and parents.
I've had to complain to the dean about the fact that the off-campus visitors for the similar club at my campus were attempting to interact with my study group, which made us all feel really sketchy. We generally just shut our door and it solves most of the problems.
A lot of students are extremely uncomfortable with the notion of non-students being on campus, and even more uncomfortable with the notion of them being on campus for a club of a sexual nature due to stereotypes about BDSM (which of course aren't always true). This applies to all clubs. That's why we always make it clear that BDSM can be completely non-sexual, I used to met a man who would just tie me up for a few hours, NBD.
Most people hate the kink club on campus for being assholes and breaking rules, not because of kink, but whenever anyone criticizes them, they basically say that we're "oppressing their sexuality". This one frustrates me. Your club is the same as any other club, where people of similar interests gather to discuss them.
My school has strict rules for what goes on and a lot of people from off-campus don't follow the rules. That one is problematic. I have to say that needs to be discussed, and you need to explain that if this continues that you will not be able to meet on campus. If they protest, recommend them moving their munch to a separate place. Your group may be divided but you feeling safe and your club staying 'under the radar' so to speak is probably worth it.
Thanks a lot for your comments!
So I share a house with a couple of guys one of whom took a psychology of sex course at university and attended a presentation put on by members of our local kink community. Rather than coming away with a broadened perspective the spectrum of human sexuality, he seems to have gotten the impression that BDSMers are pretty much freaks. So I wonder when you have attendees that are doing their paper, when you interact with vanilla people in your capacity as president of your colleges kink club, how do you foster understanding? Do you do anything to highlight the normalcy of what it is that we do? I think it's always important to mention that consent is of the highest priority. Nothing is ever done without consent. And each person likes their own individual things, some just like certain sensations while some people like certain roleplays. If you simplify it down to 'vanilla' kink, it's easier to understand 'other' (?) kink.
Is it a sausage factory (besides you, that is)? No we actually have a pretty equal mix! Probably a few more girls because they're less embarrassed by sexuality I'm guessing :D.
Where was this when i was in college??? Oh the times, they are a changin'!
Do you get funding from the university? Yes, we do, mostly for things like flyers but we do get funding for some minor things like books. We were able to buy an impact dummy thanks to the university.
Do you do demonstrations during the meetings? Yes, but safely and on the dummy and if on people only non-violent things such as ties and only with consent.
How much anal? Haha, I love how people think that kinky means anal. I guess some people are int it, some people aren't!
Are you? Nope.
you said you was kinky. Haha I guess that depends on what you label as kinky!
How about just the tip? Really.
Any kinky professors ever show up? There was a professor I met at a local kink group who said he'd love to come but is worried about tenure, so he doesn't :)
A business card for this??! Who would you give that to? Generally people who would potentially be presenters or want to do interviews.
Do you hold munches often? if you are ever around the louisville group is amazing! Haven't been around to Louisville, I'll keep that in mind!
The university group holds meetings weekly and we all go out to a diner afterwards usually. Some people from the local king group I go to (which have monthly munches) come to our meetings! :D.
It is a shame the mix, the local, erm, well you can guess, was raided by police one night, and told everyone they had ten minutes to vacate the premise due to some fire marshall BS or something. Yeah that's bollocks. Our local group is friends with the guy who owns the venue and he closes it for our munches and play parties!
I'm a member of a few kink/BDSMclubs in my own country and loving every bit of it. You meet people from all places in society, people are generally awesome and extremly interesting. I got one question though, do you think some people have given up the dating scene, and learn to like BDSM/kinkstuff to have some sort of "last resort" getting a GF/BF? Some people, absolutely. But Most people in the BDSK/Kink community can spot them easily. They look uncomfortable, they don't identify as much, they're staring people up and down... That being said some try it out and find something they love. And that's fantastic. :)
"Safewords are for pussies. I refuse to use them." I choked on my food when I read that. Isn't that criminal negligence or something? Any "reasonable person" should not be thinking that's a good idea. Pretty much if you ignore a safeword, you ignore consent being revoked and that's assault/rape.
So are the meetings like a giant orgy or what? Do you have face control or can anyone join? How many members are ugly/fat? The meetings are purely discussion and demonstration of the PG sort.
What's your kink? Watching trains go into tunnels and not being aroused.
What is munches? It's generally shorthand for a group of kinksters to get together over food and chat about kinky things!
Are you perhaps looking for a photographer? I'd be willing to give a discount... Send me a message I can post it in our group!
Woah, Woah! We have BDSM CONFERENCES?! Aw, man, what the hell. I really need to get into the scene around me... They cost as much as science conferences though... But DAYUMN they are WORTH IT.
God i bet! That's awesome! I MUST attend one at some point. I cannot let that pass me by. How do you discover them....local kink community, or the local community in general? Google a city and BDSM kink Munch :) And fetlife is great as well!
I've heard such great things about fetlife. I must check it out. You most certainly should!
At what point would you say something had developed from harmless fun into harmful behavior? If the Pros and Cons have not been weighed carefully in advance, if there is the possibility of permanent damage to yourself or to others, if one is pressuring another individual into participating something they are uncomfortable with, and once consent is gone, once something is irreversible, that is a problem.
Where are you from?... I always found with girls it is very much area specific. Grew up in Chicago. What college? Not disclosing! :P.
I have nothing against religion, I just like don't like the effect of Catholicism on sexual expression. For some it certainly has that effect.
Are you on fetlife.com? Yes, I am!
<3 fetlife, android app is wonderful for discreet browsing! Yes but moooneeeey :P I do love FL very much.
Why is it that more women are interested in sex as a lifestyle and area of study( e.g. there are more women than men in fetlife, there are more female sexoligists than male, etc)? I don't know really, might be that women are more comfortable discussing various societal roles.
Do you have any part of the club about farts? I'm a guy that loves to enjoy the sweet sweet farts of a woman! I don't believe that is a topic that has been discussed, no.
How do I join? Haha. Show up :P Where you at?
Charlotte NC, you anywhere close? I'm afraid not :) Check out places on fetlife!
*Edit: content.
Boooooo. Sorry :(
Even though I don't attend Harvard, can I still join? This isn't a Harvard club but the club is open to everybody in the general area and community. Do some research to find out if there is a club near you!
You would think wouldn't you? Nope. I've heard it too many times to count from these idiots. Thankfully I don't hear it anymore since I'm not active in the community anymore. I guess it also depends on what groups you are a part of. Some groups are really good about kicking these kinds of people out.
That's the first rule... The second is be Safe, Sane and Consensual!
I wish I had this when I was in college! I was amazed that this club was available and throughly thrilled when I discovered the club :) It's very nice to have a place to be accepted and have a community that supports and doesn't judge what you are into. Also I feel it's good to mention that there are area-based kink groups that often will meet once a month or so who do similar things. Just search the nearest city/town next to you + BDSM group. A good place to look is www.fetlife.com ! Edit: added info.
Slinks away due to downvotes.
Thanks for the site! Looking forward to meeting a few new people, though I doubt I'd find any decent women looking for someone like me... It's a great resource. Definitely look at the groups, they are a great resource. There's a lot of knowledgable people on there who are willing to answer a lot of questions!
Do you have a website. Due to privacy I prefer not to post it on the thread if you will respect my privacy I will message it to you. That goes for everybody here.
Damn, wish my university had something like this. Far too often, things like this have this mentality attached to them of "let's ignore what makes us uncomfortable". It's nice to be able to discuss in a safe space!
There would probably some demand for it here as the student population is massive, but starting it up would most likely be difficult. Send me a message, I'll reply to it after this thread dies down a bit! :)
I posted in the main body of the thread about starting up a group. Hope it helps.
Have you had anyone in interested in long term slavery, castration play, or anything that could actually be dangerous to either their health or mental well being. If so how did/would you handle the situation. That's not something anybody has ever brought up in club.
If they are interested in something that is dangerous to their well being, I would try to talk to them first, if I am unsuccessful in persuading them to stop I would refer them to student services or get a councilor to help. Safety and well being is a priority to us.
I'm a bit of a deviant myself so I know how after a while the mentality regarding certain things seems to drift. For instance I may not be interested foot fetishism but I can respect it as well as anything else. That said is there anything you just really don't understand as a fetish. Adults wearing diapers for infantilism. I just don't get it. Unless it's for humiliation :P.
within the rules of the university. It is merely an educational place. It's a resource for people interested in BDSM/Kink and we think that if people are going to try things out we may as well provide a safe space for discussion and education. No actual impact play or anything that can be seen as assault or hazing is ever done. Demonstrations are entirely on impact dummies and consenting adults (for things such as rope ties). And to be fair, we have 50+ christian related clubs, 1+ sex-positive club (that discusses that sex is healthy and normal when practiced properly), 1 atheist club and many many many other clubs. We don't necessarily advocate sex. BDSM/Kink can be completely separate and we often do meetings and presentations on safe sex and have done a meeting on distinguishing BDSM from abuse and how to prevent abuse. EDIT: expanded explanation.
As a father I would love to know which schools allow something like this to happen on campus or enrollment via the school.
Just want to make sure my daughter never stumbles across something like this. Could care less if one of my boys found it.... I think college is where people discover themselves. Honestly, nothing wrong with getting som education before you try things out. It's not like we really advocate anything that isn't shown in the media, we just make it safe, sane, consensual.
